ESTHER FUNDS FOUNDATION | NATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Small team.
Serious impact.

We are building a focused, dependable council for people who care about relationships, follow-through, faith, and helping students finish college.

Clear ownership*Healthy culture*Student-centered*Faith in action

WHY THIS TEAM

Leadership should feel shared - not carried alone.

EFF needs people who communicate early, honor commitments, solve problems, and care about how others experience the work. Titles do not create a strong team. Consistency, trust, and responsible action do.

Every paid or volunteer relationship begins only after responsibilities, supervision, term, classification, confidentiality, and compensation status are documented.
